If you experience any issues with your order, we will work with you to resolve the matter in a fair and timely manner. Please review the following policy regarding returns, refunds, and order issues.
Research Use Notice
All products sold by LuxForge are intended strictly for laboratory research purposes only. Due to the sensitive nature of research compounds, returns may be limited and handled on a case-by-case basis.
Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. When contacting us, please include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate solution.
Returns
For safety and quality control reasons, LuxForge generally does not accept returns of opened or used products. Unopened items may be eligible for return if approved by our support team.
To request a return, customers must contact our support team first to receive return authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Refunds
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
- The wrong product was shipped
- The product arrived damaged during shipping
- The product is confirmed to be defective
Once a return or claim is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or returns may not be granted in the following situations:
- Products that have been opened or used
- Orders placed in error by the customer
- Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
- Products seized or restricted by local regulations
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they purchase are allowed in their region.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as shipping the wrong item).
