Description
Epithalon is a synthetic tetrapeptide studied in relation to cellular aging, telomerase activity, and telomere-associated biology. Published research has also discussed it in connection with pineal signaling and longevity-related models, though the evidence base remains limited and much of the literature comes from a relatively narrow research tradition. It is best presented as a research peptide in aging and cellular-signaling science rather than as a proven anti-aging therapy.
What Epithalon has been studied for
- telomerase activity
- telomere biology
- cellular aging research
- pineal and circadian signaling
- longevity-related experimental models
Relevant study
“Epithalon peptide induces telomerase activity and telomere elongation in human somatic cells.” That’s the paper most often cited for Epithalon’s telomerase/telomere discussion.
